About F***ing time!
Dropped into the DMV on Formoso recently and was directed to a machine that resembled an ATM.
Had it seriously taken this many years to 'automate' the dispensing of license plate tags????
You definitely will not have me saying I miss the 4-hour fiasco which meant eagerly waiting in line just to get to a discruntled employee who politely informed me my form was incorrect, and I must get back in line after I filled it out correctly.

Process of Improvement?
Not sure what to think of this.
Does this mean that potentially the nuclear bombs Korea will shoot our way will also need to be processed through China?
Interesting I say...but thank you Ikea for offering safety cones in each aisle.
